I knew you would like it, Angie. <g>.

When you really will appreciate it is when you go on a trip and sleep in a different bed somewhere. That's when the quality and difference really hits home.

My wife and I just came back from a Cruise on Regent Seven Seas Granduer, a brand new "ultra-luxury" ship that was just on its 10th voyage when we did ours. We were on their bedding for 10 days and it actually was pretty decent, because part of their story is they put literature in the rooms to try to sell you the mattress and linens (which were excellent, too). It was a bit too soft for us as firmer is our preference, but far better than anything in say a Marriott hotel. It was made for the ship line by Hasten Vivid, whose bedding can cost $ 30,000 for a set.

I'm pretty firmly in the camp of investing in high quality bedding (and linens). I think you get am excellent return on your expenditure because you just sleep better on a high quality mattress.
