5) While the forum is FREE - my phone time is not. THEREFORE if you call The Keeping Room to ask general questions that do not pertain to a purchase from my store, I will ask you for a credit card at the beginning of the phone call. Rate is $ 30 per 15 minutes and I will first authorize your card, then start the clock. Time blocks will be sold in 15 minute increments only.
