Back Cushion : H&M Motion your way 2

I have a question for the crowd, especially Duane.

I’m looking at the motion your way 2, wife and I like look of the plan back, but we’re wondering if it will be uncomfortable since all of the couches from this line we’ve seen have the split back.

Does anyone have a take on this?

Bonus question: do we like spring down or qualux cushions for this model?

No pne can tell you what will or will not be comfortable, it's totally subjective, as is cushion choice.

Generally speaking, most peoole prefer Bustle Backs first, Split Backs Second, and Plain straight backs are teh least popular.

That makes sense. Unfortunately, I’m having to make a decision without having really felt many options.there just aren’t dealers where I live.

I did sit on a spring down recliner(single seat) and really liked it. So I think I’m leaning in that direction. Does H&M do spring down just on the cushion or do they do it on the back cushion as well?

If not, in your personal opinion do standard back cushions pair well with a spring down seat? Or should I do something else

I think I’m doing the split back since the bustle back isn’t an option on the motion your way 2 series.

You can get Ultra Down in the back, however there is so little down in the fill and with a split back would not spend the extra money on it, personally. Standard fiber fill on the back is fine.
