Default B/Y Recliner Missings Nailheads- Return or Upholster Local?

Local NJ store attempted delivery today and I immediately noticed that the nails are missing so i didn't accept delivery. Store called saying mfgr is mailing nails and store's local upholsterer will put them on the chair. I'm concerned: what, if any, affect does 3rd party work have on leather and frame warranty? Driver also described process as one where the upholsterer would remove the front of the chair where the nails run from the bottom of the arm down to the front leg of the chair. This really concerns me (I shared what he said with the store, they said driver isn't expert, he wouldn't know but they didn't actually say that what he said isn't the way it is done). Can anyone tell me if this really isn't a big deal (maybe they just drive the nails and it's really simple ) or, if instead, I should insist that chair be done right by the mfgr/or refund from store? Picture is of a model online. Driver confirmed the nailhead was indeed noted on the order (they're actually standard, i only had to choose the finish)

Any local upholsterer can put in a row of nails, its simple and easy for someone who is experienced. Leaving nails off happens all the time from every make, its not a unique issue. My favorite is when they nail three sides of the chair but miss the last panel entirely, like the lunch whistle blew and when they came back they pushed it to shipping. The Final Inspector's job is to catch that - but a few get through now and then. I would DEFINITELY not send it back, it will be gone a long time and probably pickup some marks along the way. They do them at Bradington Young the exact same way your local upholsterer does it. Plus, you have the added benefit of telling them where you want them. Nothing is getting removed or taken apart - driver is wrong in that assessment. This is a 15 minute job - not a big deal.
