I have this dining table with two chairs on casters and two benches that make an L. I don't know if there's a name for this style of dining furniture, but I'm sure it's pretty retro - the only time I've seen anything remotely similar is in the movie E.T. Anyway, I got it on Craigslist about 5 years ago for $140 all told. The seat cushions are attached with screws, while the seatback cushions are simply fastened with loops that snap together.
I want to update the cushions, so far one place I emailed said they don't work on these pieces and another gave me an estimate of $945. If anyone can point me to a good resource on refreshing these cushions I'd be grateful! Pics attached.
Almost any local upholsterer near you can do that work. $ 945 seems reasonable if it includes new foam and cost of the fabric.

Thanks, not sure about the foam but he did say he'd need 9 yards of fabric, total labor $945.
