Found this H&M Cross Moore Recliner on Craigslist. Owner asking $1,400, but will take $1,000. The cushion is a little more broken in towards the back than I'd prefer, and there are small spots of spills (likely can be cleaned off). The back is in good condition - not great. This leather makes a rubber sound and it is not as buttery feeling as my new darker (dream chestnut) Ricki H&M sofa (see cushion next to it for color reference). The recliner is at least six-seven years old. I think $1,000 is way too high for the condition, although it's a beautiful chair.
1. What's your opinion - what's a fair price?
2. Do the leathers go (recliner and cushion of the Ricki sofa (dream chestnut)? Not sure if the styles will go either.
That's a pull-up leather on that Cross Moore and new that chair would be in the mid $ 3,000 range if new as that's a GR 3 leather. Spills and spots will not be cleaned off on most pull-up hides, though they usually work out with time. I can't put a value on it - that's up to you.

Would you at least say that's a good value? Any thoughts on mixing those two leathers in the same small room?
If that’s a leather seat on the one chair, put it out in the hot sun and leave it out there all day. Hotter the better. If that does nothing an upholstered can tighten that up.

I have seen used H&M recliners goes for $300-600. I think $1,000 is overpriced considering the age and condition.
He came down to $850, but I agree, that's still high. Beautiful chair, but it's the age and condition that concern me.
