Sun Delivery Rate Increase Sept 1
Sun Delivery sent this email today, rates are increasing Sept 1st. If you have an order working now and I gave you an estimate, it will likely increase from that estimate if your furniture ships after Sept 1. This is something I have no control over, and estimates are not guaranteed and subject to change.
We want to thank you for your support through the acquisition of Sun Delivery by American West Worldwide Logistics and the changes and learning curve that come with growing into and becoming a better partner for you along with the unforeseen challenges that have come into play with the pandemic. This has been a year like no other and we appreciate our partnership with you more than ever. We are beginning to recognize the unique benefits of becoming part of the American West family of carriers and we are working persistently to optimize our mutual strengths with the common goal of improved transit times, excellent delivery experiences for the customer and cost management.
In an effort to continue these endeavors we will be implementing a general rate increase effective September 1, 2020. With careful cost management, we have been effective at maintaining current rates since 2017 and this is our first general rate adjustment in almost 4 years. Your auto-rater will automatically be updated effective September 1st, and you can email us at sales@sundeliveryllc.com to obtain your new rate sheets and assessorial schedule.
